Looking at the picture above gives you a good idea of how well the Starling Stumper works. The first feeder with the duct tape (my first attempt at keeping the Starlings away) was what gave me the idea to design a better, more efficient Starling Stumper. The Starling cannot hang upside down like some smaller birds, so you will not be refilling the feeders as often.
